Second Chance
Automatically send payment reminders with the Second Chance module for incomplete payments.
When you activate this option, Pay. automatically sends an email to your customer at the specified email address after the payment term has expired. The email is only sent if this email address does not have a completed order at the relevant sales location. If the customer adjusts their shopping cart and still completes the purchase, no email is sent. For payment methods that cause delays, such as bank transfer, the Second Chance email is also skipped.

| BCC Email | Receive a copy of the sent email for verification. The email address is not visible to the customer. |
| Waiting time | Time between payment expiration (cancel or expire) and sending the email. Emails are not sent between 00:00 and 09:00. |
| Email validity | Validity period of the payment link in hours. Value 0 means 4 hours. |
