American Express

American Express is not available in the Pioneer package. Every American Express card is equipped by default with the extra security feature ''Safe Key''. Cardholders can only make payments under this security check if the bank or card issuer has actually added the specific service to the card. In some cases, when paying with American Express, additional information is requested besides the card details. In most cases, this involves a number of digits from the code on the back of the card or an additional password.

Activating American Express (AMEX)

In the Admin Panel, go to the Merchant » Company Details tab https://admin.pay.nl/my_merchant.
Under the agreement, you'll find the Package field.
Click on ''Change package options'' and click at the top on the Professional (S), Business (M), or Corporate (L) package.
If you scroll to the package options for the Professional (S) package, you'll see the ''Credit cards'' option Image: Activating credit cards.
Select the ''Credit cards'' option and then click the ''Add'' button.
