Please note: the HPP filters payment methods and only shows the available methods. For example, are you ordering for less than 150 euros? Then the in3 payment option not is shown (minimum order value is 150 euros).
Installing the gateways:
What do I need for this part?
- AT-code

- SL-code (sales location)
- Optional: TH-code (terminal)

In this example, we install the PAY. Payment Gateway.

| 1 | Select the gateway you want to install by Activeer {Gateway} clicking on it. You will find the available installation links above. |
| 2 | You will see a page with Installeer. Ecwid may first ask you to log in. Then log in to the Ecwid webshop where you want to install the gateway. |
| 3 | Next, you will see a notification. If you agree, click on Installeer. again. |
| 4 | The app opens and asks you for the AT-code and API token. Fill these in. |
| 5 | Next, you can SL-code select your (sales location) via the left dropdown (to load the correct payment methods). |
| (6) | If you have a Yomani payment terminal from PAY., you can connect it to your Ecwid webshop. PIN terminal Select your desired terminal via the dropdown on the right. |
| 7 | As soon as all details have been entered, the activated payment methods for your sales location will be loaded. Is a payment method missing? Make sure you have activated the payment method in your sales location. |
| (8) | Optional: there is an option to use test mode. This allows you to simulate payments via the sandbox to see how these orders appear in PAY. and Ecwid. To process sandbox payments, you need your secret. You can find this in your merchant location. |

Authorize
Authorize status in Ecwid
Orders with the status Authorize end up in Ecwid Orders as "Paid". Note that these transactions still need to be captured manually in My.pay.
Refunds
How do I process a return/refund
We do not restock inventory when a return is processed. This is a deliberate choice due to the complexity involved when a return is brought back, whether in-store or in another way. A refund does not necessarily mean that the item has also been received back. The refund must be carried out from the Pay. backend.
Payment options
Our Ecwid integration is dynamic. This means that all of our e-commerce payment methods are available for this integration. Activate the payment methods you want to use for your sales location in the PAY. ADMIN. Ecwid will then load these payment methods into your webshop.
