If you have questions about Almapay or how to offer this payment method in your webshop. For specific questions about an order placed via Almapay, you can ask your customers to contact support via email at support@getalma.eu. As a Merchant, you can manage everything from your Almapay admin portal.

4. Activation
For the buy now, pay later payment option AlmaPAY, you need an account. Without this account, we cannot yet process transactions for you. As a merchant, you can send an email to Gildas du Retail (gildas.du-retail@almapay.com)
Once boarding is complete, we check whether the webshop system that you use according to our records is still up to date.
If not, we recommend updating the plugin to the most recent version. You can find this at Github. If you have your own implementation, once you have received our permission to go live with the payment option, you only need to activate paymentOption 3552 in your script. You can find the images here.
Once the test transaction is successful, you can start processing ALMA payments.
5. Credit Check
AlmaPAY's algorithm manages the risk. If necessary, we can also use a credit bureau (or external database) to supplement the scoring. After approval, AlmaPAY takes over the full credit risk.
