Festival Gift Card
1. Information
The Festival Gift Card can be used as a means of payment at affiliated merchants. This gift card contains two brands. The applicable brand is determined based on the prefix.
Transactions are always started with PPID 2511. The correct PPID is then assigned during processing in the statistics (stats) based on the associated brand.
Always activate the Festival Gift Card in the sales location. This ensures that both brands linked to this gift card can be processed correctly.

2. Refunds
It is possible to refund the amount from PAY. This can be done up to 14 days after the original payment, and the gift card payment can only be refunded 100%. The credit is then refunded to the gift card.
