Future Clearings

Overview of your outstanding balance and scheduled payouts per clearing.

This is how you view future clearings

  1. Open Admin Panel
    Navigate to Merchant » Invoices : https://my.pay.nl/balance
  2. Table “Future clearings”
    The table contains the following columns:
    • Clearing date: scheduled clearing dates
    • Third-party management: total amounts received
    • The Outgoing sub-column shows reversals.
    • Costs: transaction costs including VAT; booked directly at the next clearing
    • Clearing: Third-Party Management balance minus Costs, the amount to be released
  3. Payment details
    • Click on the blue info icon to see a breakdown of the amount per payment method.
    • Example: €1,726.50 = 3 iDEAL + 1 Bancontact + 1 credit card
  4. Transactions by date
    • Click on a payment option in the popup to see the dates on which the transactions were completed.
    • The total amount and number of transactions are specified per payment date.
    • You can easily calculate the clearing date based on the release period per payment option.
