How do I perform a reinstallation?

The most effective way to resolve problems is to reinstall via the CCV ISA app:

  1. Open the orange CCV ISA app.

  2. Wait until the app connects to the server.

  3. Press the green Reinstall button.

  4. Wait until the installation is complete (±10 minutes).

  5. When finished, a red Exit button will appear.

  6. Press Exit and run a (test) transaction.

During reinstallation, the terminal automatically performs:

  • Contact TMS: checks and retrieves the latest terminal configuration and software.

  • Contact Acquirer: connects to the acquirer to update contract and payment details.

This fully resynchronizes the terminal with the server, resolving most issues.
