Amazon Pay is a payment system from Amazon.com. It allows Amazon to offer its users the ability to order on external websites using their Amazon account. Amazon Pay works in a way that closely resembles PayPal.
Amazon Pay is only available for digital services, not for physical goods.
2. Payout
PAY. plays a distributing role in the transaction process. You receive the funds via Amazon Pay. The costs for the financial processing are deducted from this.

To use the Amazon Pay payment method you need to have an Amazon Pay account.
3. Refunds
You can process multiple refunds per transaction. The maximum amount that can be refunded to an end user is 100% of the original order amount.
External Refund
From the Professional package it is also possible to create an external refund. This is not linked to the original transaction but appears as a separate refund in the Admin Panel. Naturally, you do need to have the IBAN number and the name of the account holder.

You can only use the Amazon Pay payment option if your webshop / sales location provides digital services and falls within one of the categories below.
