Online, customers can pay by choosing a gift card of their choice at checkout. They are then taken to the payment screen. Here, the (19-digit) card number is entered together with the PIN code found on the back of the card under a scratch layer or sent via email. Paying in-store is also easy: the gift cards contain a barcode that you can scan with the handheld scanner. If your customer wants to pay with a gift card, they only need to have the barcode scanned.
2. Refunds
It is possible to refund the amount from PAY. This can be done up to 14 days after the original payment, and the gift card payment can only be refunded 100%. The credit is then refunded to the gift card.
