Payment Options
Pay. groups payment methods into clear main categories, so you always have an overview of all payment options.
This helps keep things organized, since there are many different ways to pay (regional, card, pay later, etc.). Every payment method you can offer therefore always falls into one of these categories.
The main categories are:

Regional Payment Options
These are payment methods mainly used in a specific country or region (such as iDEAL in the Netherlands or Bancontact in Belgium). -
Online Card Payments (Card Not Present)
Online card payments via Visa and Mastercard where the customer enters the card details, without the card being physically present. -
In-Person Card Payments (Card Present)
Physical payments in stores or on location, via a PIN terminal or SoftPOS. -
Pay Later (BNPL)
Payment options where the customer receives the product first and pays later (for example via Klarna or Riverty). -
Other Payment Options
All other payment methods that do not fall into the above categories, such as Bank Transfers and PayPal. - Gift Cards & Vouchers
Open and closed loop gift cards that can be redeemed in a webshop.
How Activation Works

As a merchant, during the configuration of a Sales Location you choose a module (package). this determines which features and payment categories are available.

You can then activate payment options per category .

You therefore decide for yourself which specific payment options you offer to your customers. For example: within the category Regional Payment Options only activate iDEAL, or in Pay Later only Klarna.
