1. Information

The online payment method Przelewy24 is a popular Polish payment method with 165 connected banks. The payment process closely resembles that of iDEAL. It is safe and trusted and runs entirely through the customer's own online banking environment. This allows the customer to pay in their familiar currency (the Polish Złoty (PLN)) while you receive Euros.

2. Payout

Stichting Pay.nl receives and processes Przelewy24 transactions and pays out the received transactions to you via a clearing. There is no need to create an additional account or sign an agreement with Przelewy24.

Conversion from PLN to EUR

If you start the payment in Euros, you will receive the exact amount in your account balance.

If you start the payment in PLN, your customer pays the exact amount. You receive the amount in Euros based on the daily rate and the exchange rate in your account balance.

3. Refunds

From the Admin Panel you can directly refund to your customer's account.

You can process multiple refunds per transaction. The maximum amount that can be refunded to your customer is 100% of the original order amount.

The Przelewy24 payment screen is responsive, accepts payments in Zloty and is available in the following languages:
