Sending a Digital Receipt with Pay.Pos (en)

Easily send digital receipts from Pay.Pos. Open the receipt after a transaction and email it directly to the customer.

After a successful card transaction, the Pay.Pos app allows you to send a digital receipt.

Sending a receipt

  1. After the transaction, the Transaction successful screen will appear.

  2. Select Open receipt.

  3. The receipt for the transaction will be displayed.

  4. Click Send via email.

  5. Enter the customer’s email address.

  6. The customer will immediately receive the receipt in their inbox.

You can also choose to start a new transaction directly from the Transaction successful screen.
