Refunds via PIN terminalWhen a customer returns a purchase paid for by debit card to the store, you can complete the refund via the Sherpa POS checkout system and the PIN terminal via PAY. To activate the PIN integration (including refunds via PIN) with Sherpaan's POS, contact Sherpaan's Support department via support@sherpaan.nl.
