Acces to Pay. content (accesgroups)
Access to content requires access to Dashboard.pay.nl. A user (email address) can be assigned to one or more groups. Content (such as knowledge base articles, documents, or reports) is linked to these groups.
Examples of access groups
The table below shows examples of different access groups used to manage access to our content.

| Public | Public content is visible for every group. |
| Merchant | A business that offers products or services and processes payments via Pay. |
| Partner | A collaborating party that provides or supports services within the payment platform, such as a software or POS systems. |
| Alliance | A collaboration between multiple parties with shared agreements, standards, or objectives. |
| Payment Method | The supplier behind the Payment method used to perform transactions, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, WERO or Klarna. |
| Regulator | A supervisory authority that sets rules and oversees compliance within the financial or payments sector. |
| Issuer | A financial institution, usually a bank, that issues payment instruments such as bank accounts to end users. |
| Scheme | The payment network or card scheme that manages the rules and infrastructure for payments, such as Visa and Mastercard. |
