Which Documents Do We Need for Acceptance?
Discover which documents Pay. needs to comply with laws and regulations and to process your payments securely.
With just a few clicks, you can register with Pay.nl. Because we understand that you want to get started quickly, we make sure that after filling in the registration form in most cases you can receive your first payments immediately.
Safe and reliable
Security always comes first. Your customers expect payments to be processed carefully and reliably. After all, consumer trust in online purchases is the foundation of your success as an entrepreneur.
To safeguard this trust, regulators, payment solution providers, and Pay.nl set certain conditions. That's why we ask for a few documents during registration. This allows us to verify your identity and company structure, and comply with legal obligations (Wwft and DNB guidelines).
Uploading documents
After registering, you can easily upload the required documents via our Global Management System (GMS). We review these documents – together with your file and website – usually within one business day. Once everything is approved, we immediately start paying out the accrued balance according to the payout term.

Thanks to this license, PAY. is subject to strict regulation, such as the Financial Supervision Act (Wft) and the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft).
