Activate refund pinning on https://shop.pay.nl.

The TH code can easily be found in the Admin Panel. Navigate to the Admin Panel and go to the terminal overview under the tab Settings -> Pin terminals. The TH code can be found in the left-hand column. In the overview you will also find other information, including the status and the settings of your pin terminal.

If you would like to use refund pinning, or if you want to grant another employee the rights to use this payment option, you must be authorized in the Admin Panel to carry out these refund actions. Also make sure that within your account the refund option is activated, and that the token you share with your POS software contains the correct rights. You can find the tokens for your connection under Merchant -> Tokens.
