How do I perform a CTMP?

If there is a change in your contract or in the terminal’s software, the newest data or software needs to be uploaded to the payment terminal. By default, this happens automatically at night. 1. Press the yellow Corr button
  2. Press F1 (bottom left under the screen)
  3. Press F2 (middle bottom under the screen)
  4. Press F3 (bottom right under the screen)
  5. Press the red Stop button

Beep Tones after Successful CTMP

If you do not hear beep tones after performing the steps, the CTMP has not started successfully. Repeat the steps more quickly until you hear the beep tones.

Data Transfer

The terminal will then send data to the management servers (XENTURION). Depending on the number of logs and settings, this can take up to 5 minutes. Do not interrupt this process.
