Other Documents
Depending on your services or the type of webshop, PAY. may request additional documents.
These documents help us comply with laws and regulations, meet our due diligence obligations, and safeguard a secure payment environment.
What are 'other documents'?
In addition to the standard agreement, additional documents may be required. These are shown in your merchant account under Documents.
Examples of such documents are:
| Document | Description |
|---|---|
| Addendum | Additional terms and conditions to the agreement between the merchant and PAY., for example for specific products or markets. |
| Purchase invoice | For verification of the origin of goods or services. |
| Credit check | Financial document to assess the creditworthiness of your company. |
| Annual Report (annual figures) | Provides insight into the financial health of your organization. |
| PCI SAQ-D | A security statement confirming that you comply with PCI DSS standards for processing credit card payments. |
Why Are These Documents Requested?
Requesting additional documents depends on:
-
the type of products or services you offer,
-
the risk profile of your business, and
-
the specific payment methods you want to activate.
This information enables PAY. to:
-
comply with legal requirements (such as anti-money laundering legislation),
-
limit risks, and
-
offer your customers a secure payment experience.
How Do You Submit Documents?
As soon as a document is required, it automatically appears in your Admin Panel under the Documents tab.
You can upload the requested file here. PAY. usually reviews the document within 3 business days.
