How do I perform a reinstallation?
The most effective way to resolve problems is to reinstall via the CCV ISA app:

Open the orange CCV ISA app.

Wait until the app connects to the server.
 - 
Press the green Reinstall button.
 - 
Wait until the installation is complete (±10 minutes).
 - 
When finished, a red Exit button will appear.
 - 
Press Exit and run a (test) transaction.
 
During reinstallation, the terminal automatically performs:

Contact TMS: checks and retrieves the latest terminal configuration and software.
 - 
Contact Acquirer: connects to the acquirer to update contract and payment details.
 
This fully resynchronizes the terminal with the server, resolving most issues.
What should I do if I see the message “Device_Unavailable”?
This message means the terminal is deactivated. Reactivate it as follows:
