Premium Support via Slack or Teams

This form of support is ideal for partners and merchants who integrate intensively with our APIs, payment terminals, or other technical solutions.

Premium SupportWhat is Premium Support?

With Premium Support your organization gets direct access to our technical specialists through a shared communication channel. This allows questions, technical challenges, and implementation issues to be discussed quickly with PAY.'s developers and technical consultants.

Premium Support offers, among other things:

  • Direct contact with our developers and technical specialists.
  • Faster alignment on technical questions and implementations.
  • Efficient communication without going through email.
  • The ability to easily share files, log files, and screenshots.
  • Shorter turnaround times for complex technical issues.

Premium Support can be set up via:

Slack

Slack is our preferred platform for Premium Support. Through a shared Slack channel, both teams can easily collaborate and communicate directly.

Please note: to use a shared Slack channel (Slack Connect) a Slack Pro-licentie of hoger is required on the customer's side.

Microsoft Teams

When Slack isn't an option, Premium Support can also be set up via Microsoft Teams. In this case, a shared Teams channel or chat is used for daily communication.

Fast and effective collaboration

By communicating directly with our developers, technical questions can often be answered immediately. This prevents unnecessary delays, shortens implementation time, and ensures that any issues are resolved more quickly.

Premium Support is therefore an efficient way to collaborate closely during implementations, migrations, and complex technical projects.
