Welcome to PAY!
Error message? It's possible you're trying to register a company with PAY. that's already known to us, or using an email address of an existing user. Contact one of our Partner Managers to complete the registration at 088 88 666 66 (ask for the Partner team)
2. Impersonation rights
A merchant can grant you, as a partner, access to the merchant account. To do this, your customer follows these simple steps
3. Where do I find my partner agreement
The contract will be uploaded as an addendum to your partner account and can be viewed under the tab Company details, then scroll to the section 'Agreement'. Here you'll find an 'Addendum' with the description 'Partner agreement' (for example).
4. Future payouts
We run a calculation once a month to determine the kickback, after which we pay it out on the following Monday. The kickback doesn't accumulate in your account balance in real time. On the credit invoice, you can ultimately see which transactions you received kickback for. See also the section Payout history of credits.
5. My customer hasn't received login details
If your customer hasn't received login details, but you've added the email address correctly, they can request a password reset.
6. How do I request a terminal
Terminal orders for our partners run through the Pay Hardware Shop. If you want to order terminals for your submerchant but don't yet have access to the Pay Hardware Shop, send an email to partner@pay.nl or contact your partner manager so an account can be created for you for the Pay Hardware Shop
NB: your customer's file must be complete, checked, and accepted before we send a card terminal. With a completed file, we often send the terminal on the same day as the request, or the following business day.
